Eruslu Hygienic Products is aware that the most important tool to compete in developing technology and changing market conditions is “human”.
It strives to fulfill its responsibilities towards all people/stakeholders, especially its employees.
Our basic principles in our Social Responsibility practices are as follows;
- We have determined increasing and developing the value of excellence and high performance as the main principle in all our work. It employs employees based on their ability to do the job, not on the basis of race, color, language, ethnicity, political opinion, marital status, age, pregnancy or gender discrimination. We carry out remuneration, social assistance and promotions accordingly.
- When determining working hours, we take into account the applicable laws and obligations and the principle of volunteering in overtime.
- We make regular and overtime payments as specified in the law.
- One of our basic principles is to respect the personality and dignity of every employee, not to impose corporate punishment, and not to tolerate verbal, physical and psychological harassment or coercion.
- On the way to becoming a world brand; Providing equal opportunities among all our employees by improving the motivation of our employees constitutes the fundamental pillar of our human resources approach.
- Child labor is absolutely not tolerated within our organization. Young workers employed in our company as interns are employed in accordance with the legislation.
- Occupational health and safety is the main priority of our organization, and our priority is to improve the working conditions of all employees and prevent unsafe working.
- Our organization realizes its environmental awareness by fulfilling all legal requirements.
